So why am I posting? Because I want to EAT! Because the fat bitch inside of me, the girl who wants to keep me miserable and FAT, wants me to fucking eat. Not eat, that is humane, she wants me to binge if you can even call it that, there is not a food in the world you could name that I don't want to shove in my face right now! UGH and I have probably peed 7 fucking times in the past hour no exaggeration or joking, I am serious. I am so sick of going to the bathroom and feeling nauseated from drinking more and more water. Fuck! I am just so sick and tired of it, and I am freezing but I am too scared to leave my room to get my laundry, and to turn air up because if I do I will convince myself just to look at the food, then chew and spit, and then have some, and some more, and some more, and some fucking more!! HELP ME!!!
ive been reading your blog for like an hour. im 25 and HATE my weight. i used to be anorexic a few years ago but i gained weight because of birth control and could never take it off. i obsessw ith food and working out and still cant reach my goal weight but i wanted to say that i really like reading what you are posting and its giving me some inspiration <3
ReplyDeleteI am sorry to hear that D: (about the birth control weight gain). But I am so glad that I could help! :) Have you tried doing either a juice fast (only 100% juice) or a liquid fast (fruit and veggie smoothies, juice, milk, etc.) for a week? That should help you shed up to 3 to 4 KG (7-10 pounds). Or water fasting for a week which is harder if you are working or constantly out of the house. I hope your weight loss goes better for you, no matter how long it takes you will get there eventually :)
