So sorry I have been gone for soooo long, my friend is here. You know it really sucks because it is so much easier to binge in the company of someone else who does not mind binging with you. So here I am gaining fucking weight :( Kill me now. I will lose weight this summer hopefully.

My dad finally got tofu and carrots and I have apples so I refuse to binge any longer...

Doing good, really hungry and have not binged! I am very pleased :) Though I have not lost any significant weight I look smaller so I may be losing inches and not weight as I certainly have not been in forever! Today is the day I am meeting up with my best friend. 


I am also really cold, I wish that would go away but every time I get warm my stomach hurts, don't know if that is related or I am only making that connection in my mind. 

How is everyone else out there doing?

Why Can't I stop?!

Why can't I fucking stop binging?! I feel so fat, so ugly, so worthless and embarrassed. I am humiliated! I am One hundred and sixty fucking pounds....


UGH! I can't wait until my friend gets here, I really need a kick in the butt... :(

Wannarexia and fauxlimia

All right so pro-ana is often associated with these two words. Basically these words apply to girls who do not have an ED but want one and try to force themselves into getting one. 

I do not believe in Wannarexics or fauxlimics, I think if you want an eating disorder then you are just as sick mentally as someone who has one already. Calling someone a wannarexic or fauxlimic is cruel and it is just like calling a girl with an Eating Disorder a drama queen. Please respect everyone.

 200 calories on sunday (no snacks), 400 calories on monday (snacks), 600 on tuesday (snacks) etc.
The day starts a 5am and ends at 7:30 pm (you don't have to go to bed then you just don't have to workout after then).

She's seen a nutritionist to ensure she has as much energy as possible and drinks a gallon of water a day. When the show is nine days away she'll only consume protein shakes "no solids", then two days before she'll drink just a normal amount of water.
She'll have no liquid at all from 12 hours before she'll take to the runway.
"No liquids at all so you dry out, sometimes you can lose up to eight pounds just from that," she explained.

Insanity

So I was up late last night and saw an infomercial (I had seen it a year or two ago and had just forgotten about it) anyway I watched it and absolutely loved it and thought I just have to have this! 

So I am blogging about it for all of those who have not seen the commercial or those who have and have forgotten! 

Insanity is a hardcore video workout only like 40-45 minutes a day for 60 days guaranteed to cause weight loss because of its method. Most workouts are steady rhythms for long periods of time with small short bursts of energy, Insanity is the opposite. Insanity is long periods of intense workouts and only short breaks to allow you to catch your breath! Being who I am I will probably be doing this workout either twice a day every day or just do it for longer periods of time. 


They guarantee that if you are doing the workouts and pushing your body to the limit and not stopping when you feel the burn or whatever, then you will lose weight rapidly. BUT you must stick to a healthy diet, this does not mean raise calorie intake, just that you need to eat fruits, veggies and protein.

So my Ana buddy has been doing a diet where she fasts all week and eats only a little bit on Sundays, mainly because she has been bloated a lot and has completely given up on wanting to eat. 


Well anyway I am doing the same thing.

Since today is Sunday I will eat 500 calories or less and fast all week. Every Sunday I will go down 100 calories until 100 then I'll go down to 50 and stop there.


I find that it is easier to fast and diet when I don't plan or rather I don't try versus counting out my calories every day (when I do that I always binge). So yeah. Hoping that this will work out long term until  I can finally look in the mirror again...
