So my Ana buddy has been doing a diet where she fasts all week and eats only a little bit on Sundays, mainly because she has been bloated a lot and has completely given up on wanting to eat.
Well anyway I am doing the same thing.
Since today is Sunday I will eat 500 calories or less and fast all week. Every Sunday I will go down 100 calories until 100 then I'll go down to 50 and stop there.
I find that it is easier to fast and diet when I don't plan or rather I don't try versus counting out my calories every day (when I do that I always binge). So yeah. Hoping that this will work out long term until I can finally look in the mirror again...
