200 calories on sunday (no snacks), 400 calories on monday (snacks), 600 on tuesday (snacks) etc.
The day starts a 5am and ends at 7:30 pm (you don't have to go to bed then you just don't have to workout after then).

Every Thursday is a free/rest day to relax.
FOR FAST AND RAPID WEIGHT LOSS YOU NEED TO DO ONE EXERCISE PER BODY PART AND ONE CARDIO EXERCISE EVERY DAY. YOU ALSO NEED TO CHANGE YOUR CALORIE INTAKE EVERY DAY TO KEEP YOUR METABOLISM GUESSING! 2-4-6-8 DIET IS A WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT AND KEEP IT OFF!! (but only if you come off it slowly and work your way up to eating 1200 calories again)
