New Daily Plan: 640 Cals.



Breakfast (7:00 AM): 

2 egg whites- 30 calories

Snack & Vitamins (9:30 PM):  

1 slice of cheddar- 80 calories
Calcium- 30 calories
multivitamin- 5 calories
5 in 1 gummy vitamins for adults- 50 calories

Lunch (11:00 PM):

1 1/2 cup salad - 15 calories
2 tbsp. of Creamy Caesar- 180 calories

Snack (3:00 PM):

1 red apple (Pink Lady brand)- 80 calories 

Dinner (6:00 PM):

1/2 cup tomato soup- 90 calories
w/ Cayenne- 0 calories
w/ Tony Chachere's- 0 calories
w/ 1 slice of cheese- 80 calories
