100th post!: How to get a flat stomach quickly!

I figured since this is the 100th post I need to make it special and something interesting so I thought what is more exciting than having a fucking flat stomach? So here we go:



Core exercises:

Planking
Crunches
Sit ups

Cardio exercises:

Jogging in place 
Jumping Jacks 
Alternating between jogging in place and jumping jacks for 30 minutes
Swimming
Running
Jogging
Step-aerobics (using your bed or anything equally high up)


You need to do a combination of Cardio and core!!

Meal plan:

Sunday: Fast
Monday: 100 calories
Tuesday: 200 calories
Wednesday: 100 calories
Thursday: 300 calories
Friday: Fast 
Saturday: Fast

Follow this meal plan for 3 weeks.
When you stop this meal plan you need to be on a liquid diet (soups, coffee, water, juice)
You will gain super fast if you aren't careful or if you fuck up.


Best motivation:

Before and after thinspo:

**WEIGH YOURSELF CONSTANTLY**


Best daily tips:

Stay warm! 
You burn more calories when you are cold but if you are cold you will be more tempted to eat

Constantly brush your teeth
Not too much, but when you wake up, before bed, and in the middle of the day

Take 1 shot (1 tbsp.) of Apple Cider Vinegar 
This will suppress your appetite

Take a shower every day
You will lose weight if it is a cold shower, shed more skin if it is a hot shower, also helps hunger pains

Do not think of it as a fast or diet
Seriously, you need to convince yourself that you are just not hungry/too lazy to eat/cutting calorie intake.

    1. Hmm... I suggest restricting, an easy thing to do is fast 16 hours every day, this leaves and 8 hour window to literally eat whatever you want and still lose weight (granted I highly recommend that you stick to healthy, low fat/low calorie foods, if you can buy watermellon and eat lots of it (its a natural laxative, basically all water, and keeps you full for hours), keep doing this and you will lose that weight in no time, just remember to stick with it!! Do not let yourself think "oh well maybe this diet will be faster" or "that diet would work better" in the long run, this is the best thing to do, just avoid meats and sweets the best you can and good luck, love.

  2. Hey i ive reading your blog and i need help asap! I wana lose 45 lbs im so stressed lately wih ppls drama and it doesnt get to me so much but it does in the way that it makes me feel down and lose track of weightloss what do i do!!! And how do i block that bullshit out!!??

    1. Awh do not be stressed! Are you trying to lose weight by a certain date? I am assuming yes by your urgency so I will get to the point: intermittent fastin (fasting every other day) you lose way more weight doing this rather than fasting for a certain amount of days. Set up a routine, aim for 2 hours of working out on eating days. Have 2 or more days a week where you will eat no meat. put cayene pepper in EVERYTHING, cut out all drinks (even tea) except for water, eat lots of watermellon as a natural laxative, don't eat after a certain time and make sure you are eating a big breakfast as soon as you get up and moving to jump start your metabolism (eating more ni the morning aids fat burning and leads to less snacking/hunger during the day). Use meal replacement bars and maybe replace a meal or two with a smoothie/shake.

      How to block those people and their drama out? Honestly, no clue, I build walls around myself so I do not care about anyone but myself anymore (that is very selfish but it is what you have to do if you want to focus). Just do not listen to them, constantly remind yourself that you are too busy for them, your weight loss is too important for their insignificant problems such as "boyfriends" and "so-and-so said that you said this-and-that" type bullshit. Life is too short to care about all that. Don't count the days but rather make EVERY day count

  3. How can I quickly lose weight (around 15 lbs- and also developing and fit body) without any horrible side effects (such as losing hair)? Are the vitamins that I can take without anyone becoming suspicious (I'm 15 so my mom will have to buy them for me and I'll need a reason for wanting them). Thanks!

Hmm Well I am doing the ABC diet to lose some weight quickly, you could try that as you won't lose your hair, seriously all those side effects don't happen until you are way deep in the illness. You can take any multivitamin, you can buy B-12 which promotes Energy and a healthy metabolism so just ask for those and hair, skin, and nails vitamins (usually that is what it is called on the bottle), she shouldn't ask why, if she does just tell her you want to help your hair grow faster, want stronger nails or whatever. Also, because of your age, i am assuming that there are still children vitamins in the house (if y'all have a medicine cabinet or a place y'all keep stuff like that) you can take those too.   5. I really do hate my weight. I'm a size 10 on the hips and want to lose weight fast! I'm really weak when it comes do diet, what would be a good way for trying to keep myself in control of this diet? and for someone who hasn't dieted like this before? Would appreciate it if someone could help me as i'm new at all of this!

    1. Well I have never done a diet like this...
      I have done a diet where I ate once every five hours
      6am: breakfast: 2 egg whites (34 calories)
      12pm: lunch: 1/2 cup of lettuce (15 calories)
      6pm: dinner: Orange (60 calories)

      It was VERY hard because I was always starving and on the floor from hunger pain but what got me through it was I never left my room/stayed bored when I was hungry, I kept busy and I would do small workouts while doing stuff to keep my mind preoccupied.

      1. So plan out your days! (you don't have to do everything you planned just do not let yourself get bored or stop moving)

      2. Have someone you can talk to, to get you through hunger/craving.

      3. make sure you workout/stretch at least 30 minutes a day.

      4. make a list of everything that triggers your body insecurities/eating disorder (this can be songs, thinspo, blogs, movies, shows, books etc.) and whenever you want to give up go through that list and do each thing on it until you can't stand the thought of eating.

Hey friends plz help me, I start my day promissing that I wont touch any food anymore but what I always do is I ruin everything at night hogging up a big amount of foods which makes me too sad :( .need an Ana buddy or some suggestions soon , I am 125 lbs now, need to lose 25 lbs ,plz help !   8. How long to do the liquid diet ? I want to go back to a normal diet but, im scared to gain too much...

    1. You do it as long as you like and are comfortable, to avoid gaining too much weight back simply go back to food slowly; start with light fruits (tomatoes, watermelon etc.) and water-based veggies (celery and lettuce etc.) until you work your way up to adding in other food groups. REMEMBER take half the length of time you have been liquid fasting and that is how long you should take to ease into eating before going back to "normal". (ex: if your fast was 10 days, take 5 days to just eat fruit)

I'm 14yrs old and I really wanna do the ABC diet but my parents they say I eat nothing so for dinner I have to have a big meal with them but then I go and purge it all up Then do some type of cardio. I'm on my second day of the diet but I just don't know what to make to eat in those calories do you have any recipes in the calorie limit of the diet? Please help anybody:) thanks .x

  12. Hi everyone,
    Recently I have got some tummy fat and it is so hard to lose. I haven't changed my diet or exercise regime - I exercise every day (running) for at least 30 minutes and rarely eat over 1200cal a day. I don't have fat anywhere but my stomach - anyone have tips?
