New easy to follow meal plan: 555 calories

It is always in the Ana's best interest to go as low as possible in calorie intake like around 200 everyday or so, but honestly once your body enters starvation mode you have to eat what you normally do and double it so you can jump start your metabolism and start losing weight again. This is why a lot of Ana's do the ABC diet (100, 200, 300, 400, 500, start over) But anyway I allow myself one occasionally day to binge, usually after I start feeling weak and I lose motivation is when I will do it. But keep in mind that is only like once a month for me!

This is pretty simple and it is basically the same as the last just no nut. bars and easier to read:

  • 7:00 AM Breakfast - 2 egg whites 30 calories



  • 9:30 AM Snack - 1 slice cheddar 80 calories


  • 11:00 AM Lunch - 1.5 cup of salad 15 calories

                                        - 2 tbsp. Creamy Ceaser 180 calories


  • 2:30 PM Snack - 1 apple 80 calories

  • 6:00 PM Dinner       - 1/2 cup of tomato soup 90 calories

- cayenne 0 calories
           - Tony Chachere's 0 calories                      

                          - slice of cheesed melted in 80 calories

    1. Good I am glad, and this was my diet when I first relapsed and i did lose weight on it!! :)
