It is not about quantity, it is about calories.
I'll tell you what I mean, my friend and I are trying to lose weight and ask each other what all we ate everyday. Today I told her, all I had was a small Ceaser salad, and then I asked her and she said, "pancakes and a little bit of ribs, not a lot at all." I could have literally punched a hole in my wall. How STUPID do you have to be to think like that?? Anyway it does not matter if you had 26 small meals in a day or only 1 as long as you are not exceeding your calorie amount or eating sugary, unhealthy, processed, fatty foods, you will be OK.
