So sick of being laughed at!



 Chewed up a piece of chocolate-caramel candy and spit it out, did the same with turkey and spicy mustard did not swallow spit either so no calories, but all I actually had was a cup of broccoli, yet it is like I am still a worthless disgusting fatty! I cannot even look at myself!  


So here is a tip you guys: NEVER, ever, ever, cheat on your diet or binge in front of ANYONE. It is dangerous water, mate, and truth be told it will break your self-esteem and make your condition 10x worse. 

Also know this: Every time you snack at night you feel like you are binging, no? All right well just because you eat something bad, or too much of something in the DAY, does not mean you are not binging you ARE! Just make sure if you eat at 12 AM or 3AM whatever, make sure you don't go to bed for 3 hours! Also in the 3 hours you are waiting to go to bed? Workout! Burn the calories you just ate!
