Soreness?

Just like it is OK to have the occasional binge, it is OK to go a week with out exercising. It is always recommended that you stretch before and after every workout, but for those who forget sometimes or those who do it yet still get sore: take a week for only yoga and stretching. Take hot baths and drink green tea to relax you. This will help you feel rejuvenated so when you workout again your strength will be renewed and you won't be going on fumes. HOWEVER, it is in your best interest that you eat less calories than you normally do as you will not be burning anything apart from drinking cold water, sleeping, showering, and yoga. 
Remember this, take a week every month to relax your body and give it a break because if you eat very few calories it is already trying it's very best to keep you strong. Give yourself one day a month to binge as this jump starts your metabolism and shocks your body out of starvation mode so it will be much, much easier to lose weight and food will no longer be stored as much.
