The effing hardships

The top problems with dieting are in fact: 
  1. Developing the Habit
  2. Boredom
  3. Cravings
  4. Temptation
  5. Hunger



I am making this post big as it is very, very important! I will help you deal with each of these problems if you have them so pay attention! 

1. Developing the Habit: So just like creating a routine (Example: wake up have coffee, shower, get ready, leave for work) you need to create a habit out of meal times, when you can eat, and when you cannot. This is very, very useful so you can allow your food time to digest before eating again, and so you don't over eat! For me it goes like this:
7:00 AM Breakfast
9:30 AM Snack
11:00 AM Lunch
2:30 PM Snack
6:00 PM Dinner

It allows me time to think about new ways to avoid binging and craving. 

2. Boredom... This is self-explanatory, always keep yourself busy! If you are bored, you will wander, if you wander you end up in rooms, certain rooms like oh-lets say THE KITCHEN??? Yes, well if you go there you browse and you may not have the willpower to hold back and will therefore BINGE. Do not binge!! Stay busy!! 
1. Work out, great motivator, keeps you on track.
2. Do stuff you enjoy (go to park/paint/sing/dance/yoga whatever)
3. Have a movie marathon/fest (No popcorn!)
4. Go to Micheal's or any art/craft store and buy a bunch of stuff, go home and express 'yo self!
5. Just avoid the kitchen! Take a second shower if you must, do whatever it takes!! 

3. Cravings:

4. Temptation: This is an easy one, remind yourself of your wants and goals. Is one minute of satisfaction worth the inner turmoil that will last forever inside? Do NOT cheat! Thinspiration, think thinspiration!! Look at models, look at that underwear picture of yourself, look at disgusting fatsos on Google, wear tight clothes and go somewhere, that will put you in your place! Brush teeth and chew gum so you won't be able to eat the sweets or whatever, remember the longer and harder you work at your will power and the less you give in, the easier it will become, I promise on my life. 

5. Hunger: this again is very easy, curl into a ball if you have hunger pains or take a hot shower/bath. Clean something and get a few good whiffs of the cleaning chemicals. Spray perfume on a tissue and sniff it every so often. Distract yourself or take a nap. Imagine the hunger pains as Ana inside you taking away all the disgusting little calories and fat you don't need! Visualization and Will power is all you need!!
