Everyone needs an escape, for those of us who do not have one? Create one. I did and it helps so much when I am depressed or feeling isolated and scared. I imagine dancing in the rain with my best friend in which I am in love with. Cheesy right?
Sometimes I feel this is the only thing that keeps me grounded, that keeps me going. This is really quite a personal thing and is really only for therapeutic purposes so if you don't want to do this, or see a psychiatrist for your problems, then ignore this post by all means!
