We have all been there...
We all know the feeling...
The I want *insert fatty food here* moment that could ruin all of our hard work!
Yes, but what to do when it happens??
Will power my friends! Though this comes with lots of hard work like being thin does. You must distract yourself and refuse to give in! If you have to drive to get it or something like that, then easy, get lazy remind yourself of traffic, you don't want to spend money because you saw a really cute outfit the other day...
Now if it is IN your house or equally as easy to get access to here are some tips:
1. Distract yourself at all costs
2. look at models and then fat, disgusting people
3. list 100 reasons why you want to be skinny
4. list 20 reasons why you shouldn't give in
5. work out or look up new work outs
6. work on your Rexy Bible
7. work on your creative writing skills: What would I do with 1 million dollars?
8. call up a friend
9. write a letter to yourself from the future about how good it feels to be skinny, then another saying how mad you are that you gave in.
10. count to 100 slowly
11. take a nap
12. watch TV or a movie and try to notice the extras and tiny mistakes
13. listen to music and dance: LET LOOSE!!
14. Blog, make a blog, Facebook, text, Twitter, check your email (or clean it out!)
15. make a list of 20 tips to help someone with cravings
16. meditate and do yoga
17. learn about other religions, cultures, languages
18. go on a nice, long walk
19. wash your car, don't drive? Than clean something in the house!
20. work on your singing skills, diaphragm exercises, pitch, holding notes, etc.
21. learn to play an instrument or practice yours
