Protein and its importance



You can only work out 2.5 hours without protein in your diet and after that your body will go into a sort of starvation mode, feeding off fat, sure, but muscles will be the fastest to be disintegrated because that is where a lot of energy/fuel is. Then if you continue this without protein, still working out, you will die. PLEASE eat protein, any amount, just eat some BEFORE you workout, this also makes it where you aren't hungry afterwards. Protein helps weight loss also! This is so-so important!! It is best to eat a protein bar (Balance Bars are best) before you work out, this gives you your daily fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals and satisfies hunger with only 200 calories it is also only the size of your palm! If you get brownie or any chocolate flavour it gets rid of choco. cravings!!
