Everyone is thin and perfect, except for you, fat bitch!

Now this is extremely easy for most Ana's as no one is meaner to us then ourselves, and when we forget our place, Ana is there to remind us. However, if you are more into just ignoring your eating problem, your fatness, then here is some thinspiration. 

  1. Degrade your self in front of a mirror (pinch/prod fat and call yourself ugly, bitch, fat)
  2. Wear tight clothes or revealing clothes
  3. do jumping jacks in front of the mirror
  4. Eat naked in front of a mirror
  5. build up self-esteem by feeling your bones
  6. Rubber bands!! Wear them around your wrist, very effective, pop them when thinking of food
  7. Spend a lot of time around pretty, skinny people
  8. Watch MTV, Really get a good look at all those skinnies
  9. Take a picture wearing only underwear, look at it whenever you want to cheat

And ALWAYS remember this: 

FOR EVERY DAY YOU BINGE, IT SETS YOU BACK BY A WHOLE FUCKING WEEK! SO DO NOT CHEAT.
