Got the munchies? Snack on this!

OK, before I developed an actually fear for food I would eat simply because I loved it. The tastes, smells, and just the fact that I was eating. So of course I had to find foods that were OK to snack on! Mind this is a list not a recipe! Do no eat all this at once!! This is either this or that thing! Here they are:

  • 1/2 a cup of lettuce
  • 1/2 an apple
  • Tofu
  • Switch solid with a liquid (try drinking a diet drink instead of eating)
  • Seafood
  • Citrus fruits such as: orange, grapefruit, tomatoes
  • Red and green veggies! Darker and more colourful the better!: Carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach
  • Mangoes
  • Nuts without salt, especially almonds, walnuts and pistachios
  • buckwheat pancakes
  • avocado
  • mushrooms
  • Grapes/prunes (also a natural laxative!!)
