Working out tips to stay motivated

If you are anything like me then you are working out anywhere from 5 to 6 hours every day and making everything you do a exercise (e.g. hopping back and forth on feet while brushing teeth, doing sit ups while watching TV) and probably feeling like that still is not enough. Well here is some advice to get better exercises in and feel more accomplished!

  1. One: Always do warm ups (3 sets of jumping jacks 12 to a set 30 second wait between each set/ go straight to planking do not wait plank for 20 or so seconds) This jump starts your heart rate and raises endurance.
  2. Two: Always stretch and do a few yoga and breathing exercises after workouts, it burns calories but also it helps so you won't feel weak or so sore the next day.
  3. Three: NEVER count your exercises, if you want to do 150 crunches every day for instance don't do them and count 1..2...3..4..5 as this actually makes you tired faster and it makes you more aware of the burning sensation in your muscles. Instead time yourself and try to beat that time with each set, always do it till your muscles burn then do a few more! 
  4. Have set times that you can work out for one week and do the same exercise routine for that week, then next do different exercises and use a different time schedule this will shock your body and will re-boost your metabolism so weight loss will be more effective!
