- If you are not thin, you are ugly
- Being thin is more important than being healthy
- You must do anything to make yourself thinner

- The scale is everything
- Losing is life, gaining is death

- Being thin & perfect are signs of true determination

You were at 150 and now weigh 150 pounds. You do not have anorexia. The DSM V dictates a BMI of 17.4 or lower to be anorexic. Perhaps you are a binge eater who is trying to "correct" your habits by restricting calories. So, you have an eating disorder not otherwise specified. EDNOS.
ReplyDeleteI should take that off, I never edit it.
DeleteAnorexia is diagnosed by BMI, but that is not what the disorder is, it is a mental and emotional disorder and you may not know this but almost every anoretic suffers from Binge Eating, some worse than others and you do NOT have to be at a 17.4 BMI to have Anorexia, just have to have that BMI if you want to be diagnosed with it.
