Glycemic Index

I do not know if you know this or not, but foods with a 50+ Glycemic Index (GI) prevent weightloss, even if they claim to be healthy. You should always-if in doubt-check online for GI of any food you want to eat that you are not too sure about. Even some whole wheat bread brands have a high GI!! Remember the lower the better!!
