Ever have a day where from the moment you wake up you are wanting food? So you finally decide to eat a little bit and even forget to eat slow. Afterwards you want something else... It is one of those days--I can feel it... A nice big binge coming on...
Blargh! There is really only one thing I am wanting to snack on (my brownie balance bar) in which I would, had I not indulged in the home-made fried chicken (Fat cut off, fried in 100% coconut oil) and less than 1/2 a serving of stuffing. I have no idea how many calories it was, if I had to guess I would say between 150-250 and so I cannot eat balance bar as it is 200 cal. and I do not have the endurance to burn off *rounding up* 400 calories! Of course this blog is my baby so my first option was to frequent it and make a new post hoping to chase the binge off...it is not working of course!

Walking
Jogging
Swimming
Biking
(high impact burns more calories so a tip: It is better to push your self and rest and repeat than go easy without stopping) Example:
Power walk
Running
Timed laps
(just push yourself on biking not much else you can do)
Aerobics tones and slims:
Legs
Thighs
Butt
Chest
Back
- Do Cardio exercises Before lifting weights!!
Remember keep a good variety going, the more variety the better the results, however, running/jogging/walking is always good and should be included in daily routine as much as possible.
