I miss food!! What to do?!

So I have searched for proAna sites that talk about this particular topic and have found nothing yet. I was looking because I myself struggle with this, I miss food, I miss the taste and just simply enjoying it. But mainly I only miss it because before I became anorexic I had Binge ED so I would basically eat just to eat because that is what made me happy. Well Since I am struggling with this I have no idea what kinds of advice to offer but maybe it just helps to know another Ana has this problem? I don't know. 

So anyways, Yes, it is a shock and pigs should be flying, an anorexic actually misses eating to no end! I am disgusted with myself for even drinking water sometimes because I feel whatever I put into my body, it is making me fat, even healthy stuff. BUT, I miss eating, I open that freezer and see the garlic chicken and noodle w/ vegetable mix that I can cook in less than 30 minutes, or the tub of ice cream in which there is caramel sauce in the fridge to drizzle over it! Oh! Or even that delicious tortellini in the bottom of the freezer!! Those tiny noodles curled oh-so delicately around a light, creamy cheese, smothered in Alfredo sauce... Yes, it is no lie and I am ashamed, I miss eating. I even constantly think about the beans in the fridge my dad just cooked tonight. Every time there is a cooked meal, I want to eat, every time my dad goes shopping and brings home mounds of delectable dishes just waiting to be cooked and stuffed into some fat, blubber mouth, I want to eat. It is a very, very hard struggle. 

Do you want to know how to deal with this??

Well again, since I don't have any outside sources or any help and I myself am struggling, I only have what I do:

  • Try your hardest to forget about it (distract yourself)
  • chug some cold water, really chug it down until you feel so sick you could burst
  • If you are actually hungry, eat a handful of unsalted nuts/seeds or grapes
  • If you are just wanting to eat: WORKOUT! Go look at your fat in the mirror!! 
  • Put on the tightest clothes you can, no better yet lay out several too-tight outfits and try them ALL on!
  • Watch a movie and tell yourself you will eat after, by the time it is over you will have forgotten!
  • Get on the computer, usually you can plan to get on for a few minutes and end up staying on for hours!
  • Take a shower, chances are either undressing, seeing yourself naked, or getting dressed will ruin your appetite.
  • Listen to the Ana music on my blog it will help motivate you to stay strong!
  • Talk to your Ana buddy! They'll get you through it!
  • Stop procrastinating! Do the things you have been putting off (homework, cleaning, washing car; etc.)
  • Look up "fat people eating" or anything similar and watch videos, look at pictures, it will disgust you
  • Take a picture of your body and try to send it to your crush ;) can't do it huh?
  • think about painful memories (ex-bf/gf you miss, ex-friends, heartbreak) Anything, if you are depressed enough you won't want to eat DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU'RE AN EMOTIONAL EATER!!!
  • Go running around the neighborhood. To embarrassed? That is the point!
  • Do something to express yourself that is time consuming (self-description, write a story, collage, make a video; etc.)
  • If you are alone, walk around in your bathing suit, let all the fat show so you can't hide it from yourself
If you STILL want food after ACTUALLY doing 4+ things on this list, than I suggest you eat as you might actually need something that you are wanting/craving.
