Hello, my loves, just a quick post as I have been doing but here it is:
Be oh-so careful with the chew and spit method! If you are going to do it then every time you feel spit in your mouth, or you have to swallow, spit immediately as your saliva mixes with the food and then you swallow it taking the cal. with you! And the reason why this can cause drastic weight gain is because a lot of the time if not every time, we are chewing and spitting really fattening food i.e. Milk chocolate, fast food (burgers/fries), chicken; etc.
You do NOT absorb cal. through your tongue! So besides the saliva thing, you are safe! Just don't swallow at all!! <3
