Food on an empty stomach

ALWAYS, before you eat on an empty stomach make sure that what you are going to eat is OK to eat on an empty stomach! This is very, very important otherwise you could get upset stomach, migraine, heartburn, acid reflux, or it could trigger binge eating. 

Broccoli is an example, this causes acid reflux and heart burn if you eat raw broccoli by itself on an empty stomach!! Please be careful guys!! <3
