Fasting: Day 3!!

 I decided to make my fast a day or two longer so today will not be the last day. Guess what?? Lost 8.4 lbs!! So fucking happy that I made it through, with all the nausea and hunger pains and fatigue from working out it has paid off!! I am just so happy!! I can feel my collar bones poke out a little more my wrists are (impossibly) more slim than they already were, not seeing any major changes in my thighs, arms or stomach but those are major areas and take a little longer in the beginning than the rest of the body (noticeably any way) Thank you so much for reading, anyone can comment, and they are much appreciated I really want to know how everyone else's weight loss is going! <3
