Want to lose 55 lbs in two months?



Obviously if you work out extremely hard it will be even more and even faster! Here is what you do:
week 1- 678 calories a day 
week 2- 723 calories a day
week 3- 768 calories a day 
week 4- 813 calories a day 
week 5- 858 calories a day 
week 7- 949 calories a day 
week 8- 994 calories a day 

You should lose 5-8 pounds every week depending on how active you are and what foods you choose to make up your calorie intake, for maximum results I suggest lots of fiber and protein as foods with protein and fiber are usually high in calories, supply you well needed nutrients, and boost your metabolism for effective weight loss!!  Stay strong.   2. No its inaccurate. Thats an example of the ABC diet where you increase and decrease your calorie consumption from day to day in order to speed up your metabolism. For example 650-550-600-500 etc you can modify the numbers as you wish

  5. I need to lose about 45 pounds in a little less than two months, should I try this? I a exercise for about 2 hours a day
