week 1- 678 calories a day
week 2- 723 calories a day
week 3- 768 calories a day
week 4- 813 calories a day
week 5- 858 calories a day
week 7- 949 calories a day
week 8- 994 calories a day

ReplyDeleteNo its inaccurate. Thats an example of the ABC diet where you increase and decrease your calorie consumption from day to day in order to speed up your metabolism. For example 650-550-600-500 etc you can modify the numbers as you wish
