My *NEW NEW NEW* Diet

Breakfast (7am) - Toast (Toast-70 calories) 
                 [optional]    - w/ melted cheese (cheese-80 calories)

Lunch  (12pm) - 1/2 apple (40 calories)

Dinner (6pm) - 1/2 apple (40 calories)

Fast every Saturday.
Drink 4+ bottles of purified water (20 fluid ounces per bottle) every day.


TOTAL CALORIE COUNT (w/ cheese): 230 calories
TOTAL CALORIE COUNT (w/out cheese): 150 calories

My info:

My metabolism naturally burns approximately 1489.6 calories a day with no "out of my way" additional work. I need to be consuming 2308.88 calories a day. That is 2158.88 calorie difference, I will be having -1339.6 calories every day which adds up to:
-9377.2 calories per week


3 Lbs LOST PER WEEK WITH NO EXERCISE
