When you eat:
- Make sure you eat in the same exact spot for every single meal/snack
- Do not watch TV when eating, focus all your attention on your meal
- Do not stand while eating!! It is easy to rush when doing this thus over eating
- Work out before you eat, lay down on your left side for 30 minutes after eating and workout again
- Drink as much water as you can before, during, and after you eat
