The Pretty Sex Diet

The Pretty Sex Diet:

Day One: 
Breakfast- High fiber cereal with skim milk and black coffee
Lunch: Veggie burger with mixed vegetables and a banana
Snack: Celery or carrots
Dinner: Steamed vegetables 

Day Two: 
Breakfast: One egg with an apple
Lunch: Tuna with light mayo and a peach
Snack: A vegetable of your choice
Dinner: Pita bread with veggies and string cheese

Day Three:
Breakfast: Flavored oatmeal and coffee
Lunch: Salad with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, no cheese
Snack: 1 apple or 1 orange. Your choice.
Dinner: Grilled chicken with lemon

Day Four: 
FAST
