MAY GOALS

[]  Get down to 100 pounds
[]  Never exceed 500 calories
[]  Plan all meals ahead
[]  Drink 2 liters of water a day
[]  Follow through with all planned workouts
[]  Fast at least once a week (probably Sundays!)
[]  Start pilates
[]  Start lifting
[]  Flat belly!
[]  Start the modified flat belly diet
