Food: Disgusting

So you want to fast but stink at it?

So you have a hard time saying no to pizza, chocolate, or grapes?

Well I have a solution... Broaden your knowledge!!!!

Start researching the brands you buy from how they grow their produce, how it's processed, what are all the ingredients, etc.

If you eat meat watch documentaries on where it comes from, how they kill the animals (farm to fridge on YouTube) or watch here:

You also need to know that they inject the animals with hormones, learn what the animals eat and how they live (most live in tight areas filled with their own feces).

DO YOUR RESEARCH! Know what you are putting into your body.

Did you know even if the chicken is sick they still go to factory to get processed and sent to market?

Did you know that they are constantly giving chickens antibiotics in which inevitably will be ingested when you eat them?

Cows stand ankle-deep in their own poop all day every day when they get SLAUGHTERED most of the poop will fall into the meat in which you will inevitably eat.
