The Russian Gymnast Diet

Breakfast: A glass of orange juice or a slice of calorie-reduced bread or a cup of black coffee

Lunch: A fruit salad or a medium apple

Dinner: 8 baby carrots of a green apple

THIS DIET HAS BEEN KNOWN TO HELP PEOPLE LOSE UP TO 15 POUNDS IN ONE WEEK.
DRINKING A LOT OF WATER IS VITAL TO MAKE IT THROUGH THIS SUCCESSFULLY. EXERCISE IS NOT MANDATORY AS THE DIET ALONE WILL CAUSE IMMEDIATE WEIGHT LOSS, AND IT WILL MAKE YOU TIRED BUT YOU CAN WORKOUT IF YOU WISH.
