Day 4: Eat as much vegetables as you want besides avocados
Day 5: Eat as much fruit as you want besides bananas and mangos
Day 6: Eat as much fruit as you want besides bananas and mangos
Day 7: Have 1 normal meal with 1 sweet!
Repeat for 3 weeks.
