Meal Plan: Rainbow diet

The Rainbow Diet

Monday(white)-
Breakfast: 1/2 an apple. (40.5 calories)
Lunch: 1/2 an apple. (40.5 calories)
Dinner: 1 cucumber
Daily total = 105 calories

Tuesday(yellow)-
Breakfast: 1 banana. (108.5 calories)
Lunch: 1 banana. (108.5 calories)
Dinner: 1/2 cup of corn (66 calories)
Daily total= 283 calories

Wednesday(fast!)
Thursday(orange)-
Breakfast: 1/2 an orange (31 calories)
Lunch: 1/2 an orange (31 calories)
Dinner: 1 carrot (26 calories)
Daily total= 88 calories

Friday(red)-
Breakfast: 1/2 cup of strawberries (21.5 calories)
Lunch: 1/2 cup of strawberries (21.5 calories)
Dinner: 1/2 red pepper (16 calories)
Daily total= 59 calories

Saturday(purple/blue)-
Breakfast: 10 blueberries (8 calories)
Lunch: 10 blueberries (8 calories)
Dinner: 10 raspberries (24 calories)
Daily total= 40 calories

Sunday(green)-
Breakfast: 1/2 cup of grapes (57 calories)
Lunch: 1/2 cup of grapes (57 calories)
Dinner: 1 cup of lettuce (7 calories)
Daily total= 121 calories
Weekly total= 696 calories!

    2. Everyone's body is different, you can be the same height as someone and even weigh LESS than them and still be bigger, it is all about bone structure, fat percentage and muscle mass

    1. 1 week! However, continue it if the results are good for as long as you feel comfortable :) I suggest if you do it longer than one week to take iron supplements however

    1. Tips:
      1) chew on ice cubs if hungry
      2)Drink Water( preferably cold)
      3)Be dermined , never give up!
      4)have a thispiration book( pictures of your dream body/model)
      5) look it up in internet. It helps

  18. How much weight will i lose after 2 weeks of doing this diet? im 15 and i weight 156 and im 5'1' My dream goal is 113. but for now im taking small steps. Im tired of being fat, i will make those who dared call me fat regreat it!PLEASE ANSWER ASAP!!!!

    1. No thats a normal healthy weight! Dont try and loose weight unless u really feel u need to, okay? But just remember anorexia is NOT a joke. My friend died of it a few days ago, no jokes! It can seriously harm u! Ive got mental health problems and problems with my self image so I know how it feels to feel fat, worthless etc. But hang on in there! Xx

    2. Only if you're height was 4'8" or shorter. And I'm going to assume you're plenty taller than that. You're weight is healthy and good. You don't need to change it.

  22. Iv been on this diet but of course I keep it hidden. Sometimes I'm unable to avoid dinner like when its family dinner at the table I get told by my boyfriend and mum to eat and finish it. I purge a lot after eating something I couldn't escape from. Is purging acceptable? Or does this effect the wait loss/diet.

    1. i wouldn't recommend making yourself sick it can cause serious health problems have you tryed talking to your boyfriend and mother about this if yes i recommend a good healthy diet plan as this does not sound acceptable try my diet plan ive put up as ive seen many women who up there calories with exercise shocked with the results ive been told they have better body's now than when not eating i train a group of women in coventry if this is out of your area i suggest training with someone who knows what they are talking about best of luck hope everything goes ok for you

  23. im a man and a personal trainer and this is the wrong way to do this why do women feel the need to starve there body's to lose weight what happened to a healthy diet and exercise this is very dangerous and besides when u starve your body like this it will slow down your materialism which is what helps you burn of weight so i would recommend you have your 3 meals a day special k in the morning lunchtime a bowl of pasta tuna sandwich witch brown bread as it holds no water and dinner white fish roast chicken brown rice anyhing along thoughs lines if you look at a bodybuilders diet its the same as a woman who is trying to cut weight only difference is the ammount in the portions that kind of diet with a good 3 to 4 days a week training program would make you see amazing results please be smart and safe i wish you all the best of luck and remember men love a woman with some weight look at marlin monroe one of the most beautiful women in the world with curves that is the way to think and to all under age of 21 please remember your bodys are still growing so dont do anything that will damage it
