3 months - 29 lbs Lets do this!

OK, so here it is you follow this plan set up based on your height, weight, and activity level, right? So mine I want to lose 13.1 KG  (29 lbs) in 3 months (yes such a small amount for 3 months) but If I lose 13.1 KG then I will at least be skinny enough to be happy to show myself to my family. I would still have 6 weeks and 3 days until Thanksgiving (when I go see my family) to lose more weight. If I lose 13.1 KG I will be 54.5 KG!!

  Week  Calories
1      654
2      642
3      631
4      619
5      608
6      596
7      585
8      574
9      562
10    551
11   539
12   528

Bear in mind that this diet was set up on the idea that I would be getting no exercise at all except for the occasional walking around, standing etc. (I did this in case I miss a few days of working out, get lazy or whatever) I will hopefully be getting my elliptical or treadmill tomorrow and this will help a lot with my diet plan and hopefully it will help my lose the weight quicker.

Attention Everyone!!:

If you have any snack/meal ideas I would appreciate it! I am not used to planning out a xxx amount calorie day, but rather just eating small amounts as I go.

ALSO!! What is better? Elliptical or Treadmill?

  1. I messed up the first time I tried to calculate my results on that website, and it tried to tell me I needed to eat -1700 calories. Haha.
I don't have many snack suggestions, I don't normally aim for specific intakes, I just go as low as I can.
And I think the elliptical is better than treadmill, but I'm not sure.
    Good luck.

    1. Ah yeah you have to set it for over a period of 2-4 months if you are wanting to lose a lot lol

Ah yeah I think that is what everyone does :<

Ah well thanks for your opinion! ^_^

  2. I'm a treadmill kind of girl, the elliptical is low impact which is good if you have bad knees, but you actually have to work out longer on the elliptical to achieve the same amount of calories lost as you would have had on a treadmill (shorter workout time is better!!!)
I run for 30 minutes at a 5% incline at 5.5 sometimes 6 and i burn a crazy amount of calories! Good luck!

  3. As for snacks, I recommend cucumbers (they have a very low calorie count) with just a very little amount of salt or (my personal favorite) kale chips - but make them yourself. It takes me a half hour to make which is nice because it helps me evaluate just how hungry I really am. Good luck!

  4. Hey, I know this was a while ago, but I'll offer my two cents: I ran cross country in high school and have been a runner (used liberally--I'm pretty slow) ever since. However, over the past few months I've re-discovered the elliptical trainer after many years, and I have to say I think it's pretty awesome. It just depends on what kind of workout you want. I like the elliptical, because I can't run for 2 hours straight, but I CAN do the elliptical for 2 hours (which burns like 1000+ calories) oh yeah! Hope you find what works fo ryou!
