Thinspiration 101


Listen to me, the food does not control you, you control it. If you want to taste it, or just chew it, then I have a 
TIP: Make ice cubes out of crystal light and suck and chew those any time you get hungry


Honestly, you do not need motivation. Just look at yourself in the mirror for longer than a few seconds, get off your ass and WORK. 
TIP: Just fucking do it. Stop worrying about how you look, stop worrying if it will actually help. Get off your ass and do it.


Stop looking for progress, you will only get frustrated and end up quitting. You are making changes just be patient.

 
You want motivation?
Weigh yourself when you wake up, after every single meal, after going to the bathroom, after workouts, and before bed. 


Are you really worried you are gaining, getting bigger or simply not losing?
TIP: Have a Water Fast and work out twice as long as you normally do (don't push harder just go longer) this way you are putting nothing in but still burning! 


Measure your thighs, waist (smallest part of stomach), hips, and neck, ever Friday do the same thing and keep track of it, watch for changes because if you are only losing 1 or 2 pounds or maybe nothing at all you are still losing inches. 

 

I need you to know something...

First off: This is not a straight information blog there is a lot of personal stuff too, this is more like the lifestyle and life of an anorexic.

Secondly: It is OK to mess up. Please know that. Don't let anyone or anything make you think that if you mess up you are a failure, you aren't. There have been anorexics and bulimics that have killed themselves over binging because they get so ashamed of themselves and cannot cope. Know that if you fail, there is always tomorrow and if your lucky then you still have today to fix it.  KNOW THAT IF YOU MESSED UP OR CHEATED THAT IT IS OK BECAUSE YOU ARE FIXING IT BY WORKING OUT. 








Watch the weight fall off

All right so all three of us are fasting, today is almost over and I am holding strong! One of use cheated (K) but she is working really hard to get the calories off to make up for it and will try much, much harder... I decided to make thinspiration pics. you know like the reason ones? Yeah. 

Woohoo lol going to workout some more and than work on the images, I will probably either make it into a YouTube video and show you or just upload them as separate pics. I don't know yet :)
