22, Feb.

Ugh I hate how time is so absolute, like when you start a fast you automatically want it to be at midnight because that is the first hour of the new day, but right now my time marker for the next day is 2 AM

Okay here:

Weight Loss Juice

cabbage

carrot

cucumber

(You need to make sure it is COMPLETELY Juiced, no pulp, no thickness)

You will replace as many meals as possible with this through out the day.

I will continue this later--watching Skins (UK)

My Birthday?!?!

Holy mother of Christ, how could it sneak up on me like this?! My birthday is a mere 4 (or 5?) days away and I am freaking out to the fucking max! We always go out to dinner and have a nice big cake swimming with fat and calories...

The fuck am I supposed to do about this predicament?

Well, I plan on eating a small breakfast and skipping lunch so I won't be so hungry at dinner. I will also (obviously) cut my dinner into halves, eat one half that night, then save the other half for the next day in which I will cut in half again to eat for breakfast and lunch (or just throw it the hell out?)

I also found a cake alternative!! Only 93 calories per serving without icing, 104 calories with it.

Chia Seeds

Have you ever wanted there to be a food that was low calorie, healthy, small, but fills you up?

Well look no further there is such a thing!

(that is a link to a page that talks all about them!!)

They are high in fiber and many other things! You can do so much with them as they have no flavour! Put them in water and they make a calorie-free gel! They expand in your stomach to give the appearance of eating, without actually eating!

Anyway they are absolutely profound! A true gift from Ana herself! Best part of all they are CHEAP!

Thank you for reading :) Have a lovely day ^_^

A MAJOR THANK YOU TO MY AMAZING WEIGHT LOSS BUDDY FOR THIS TIP!! :D

Low Cal. Sweet Treat

Find the lowest calorie, healthiest butter that you can.
Get some low calorie tortillas.
Get either brown sugar or cinnamon sugar.

Prepare:

Step 1: Rub (not spread) butter all over the tortilla, then put a small amount of butter in the middle of the tortilla, heat up in the microwave until the butter is melted. Tilt the plate around until the butter has dripped all over the tortilla.

Step 2: sprinkle the sugar(s) onto the tortilla evenly, when satisfied roll the tortilla up and let cool for a minute or two.

Done, and ready to enjoy!

5/21/12

Have already had 1075 calories today and it is only 7:10am, that is a new fucking record. I will be fasting for the rest of the day and then I will start my program:

Must fast 3 days every week and my weekly calorie intake must be 200 or less, meaning all 7 days combined can only be 200 or less calories.

work outs: Not recommended but you must stretch every chance you get for as long as you can.

Allowed foods/beverages: You may only drink water, green tea, or black coffee. You may eat chicken broth or Broccoli, Cannelloni Bean & Cheddar Soup

Chicken broth is easy to find you can simply buy Chicken Noodle soup and drain the liquids throwing the noodles and chicken away, or you can buy a can of just plain chicken broth.

Cannelloni Bean & Cheddar Soup

This is easy to make and only takes 20 minutes!

6 servings, scant 1 cup each

Active Time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

NUTRITION PROFILE:
  • Diabetes appropriate
  •  Low calorie
  •  Low carbohydrate
  •  Low cholesterol
  •  High calcium
  • High fiber
  •  Gluten free

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 14-ounce can reduced-sodium chicken broth, or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pound broccoli crowns, trimmed and chopped (about 6 cups)
  • 1 14-ounce can cannellini beans, rinsed (see Tip)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1 cup shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese

PREPARATION

  1. Bring broth and water to a boil in a medium saucepan over high heat. Add broccoli, cover and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Stir in beans, salt and pepper and cook until the beans are heated through, about 1 minute.
  2. Transfer half the mixture to a blender with half the cheese and puree. (Use caution when pureeing hot liquids.) Transfer to a bowl. Repeat with the remaining broccoli mixture and cheese. Serve warm.

TIPS & NOTES

Tip: While we love the convenience of canned beans, they tend to be high in sodium. Give them a good rinse before adding to a recipe to rid them of some of their sodium (up to 35 percent) or opt for low-sodium or no-salt-added varieties. (These recipes are analyzed with rinsed, regular canned beans.) Or, if you have the time, cook your own beans from scratch.
