My personal diet plan

Allowed Foods:
©       Edamame (150 calories Per serving)
©       Green Apples (80)
©       Baby carrots (70)
©       Tomatoes (22)
©       Chia seeds (65)
©       Mustard (0)

Allowed Drinks:
©       Water (0)
©       0 calorie drinks (0)
©       Cayenne and/or lemon water

~Rules~
©       No eating before 5pm or after 7pm
©       Can only eat if really hungry or low on energy
©       Must walk 15-20 minutes after every meal
©       Must burn at least 100 calories (not counting after-meal walks)
©       No exceeding 300 calories a day
©       For every 10 pounds you lose, you can have 1 food reward (nothing over 500 calories)
©       Must do leg and core workouts every day
©       Must fast at least once a week
©       Can only weigh-in on Sundays and Thursdays
© You are allowed food off the list in moderation (and in SMALL portions)

~Not Allowed~
©       Binging  / “Free Days” (even if you mess up)
©       To give up
©       To get impatient
©    To consume over 300 calories in one day

©       Tell anyone about diet

♥ 88 - a whole new wardrobe

  1. Hey does this work for you? I am currently halfway throught the lunabelle diet and not seeing many results x would like to try something diffrent! Any suggestions? X

    1. Yes, I find doing anything where I am eating very little calories and drinking lots of water while also intermittent fasting works. I drop weight fast if I fast at all (like fasting 18 hours a day and eating small portions of certain foods in the 6 hour window makes me drop weight quickly even if I ate pastries as part of my meal plan).

      If a diet is not working/no longer is working then your body is accustomed to it, so add some fasting days or add lower calorie days where you burn off everything.

  2. Thanx think i will try adding some more fasting days on the high calorie days, i find i loose more weight when i just drink water rather than other drinks x

    1. I would say anywhere between 15 and 20 depending on how much you workout

  4. So we only have a 2 hour eating window right ?

    1. correct, but it does not matter if you go a little past 7 (for instance if you have to cook or go out to get your meal)
