Insane workouts

Instead of just watching first and then doing, actually get up and do the exercises!

    1. Jillian Michael's 30-day Shred (right above the yoga meltdown/4 videos from the bottom)

      Anything with cardio, small exercises like lunges and sit ups when watching TV (like during commercials), cut portions...

      You cannot target areas / spot reduce, and you don't WANT to target specific muscles or you'll make them bulky, so just stick with your favourite workouts (maybe try running?)

      ALSO, working out / burning 100-150 calories after EVERY meal and snack cuts down on belly fat and sculpts the perfect bum :)
