ABC Diet day 3: 300 calories

The world has a cruel sense of humour

The way it can twist up everything and subtly make a joke about it, and it is you are the fool when you've realized what is happening. 

Like... I was talking to this guy, who I suppose gave me an alias, and he told me about how he was fighting to keep his girlfriend alive. I was like, "oh my goodness, what is wrong with her?" and all he replied with was "Anorexia Nervosa"

What are the chances? 

Honestly?

I don't know this guy, he just randomly decides to mail me and tell me this one detail about his life, not once asking me about my own.

I am on the ABC diet by the way... day 3 (300 calories) was successful, about to run and burn it all off.

  1. I just came across this website on google today when I was looking for some ana inspiration to keep me going and its a GINORMOUS coincidence because I'm on day 3 of my boot camp diet too! I was bulimic for a long time, but the mouth sores and bloating finally got to me. I am already losing weight! I weighed 103 a couple days ago when I started, and now I weigh 100! I'm only 4' 9" so it's not that light for me.. I can't weight to see how little I am after the whole month! My UGW is 85. I am really hoping to make it. Just a tip they say to take vitamins with this diet so your hair and skin and teeth stay healthy and pretty!

  2. Hey just want to know how the progress on the ABC diet is going. Im on day 3 today and I weigh around the same as you. I would love an insight into how much weight you have lost so far and any side-effects you have had like,, dizzy spells, bloating? cheers

Hello, love, I am not on this diet anymore, but I find whenever I do do it I am way more conscious of what I am eating and how much so it makes it way too hard for me to stick with it, it is easier for me to just not eat and not worry about it then to constantly plan out calories and what to fit into the daily "budget". Sorry I could not be of better help than that, good luck Hun! xx
