Wasabi is a freaking God-send!
So I had never been inside until a few days ago but there is a 100% natural and organic health food store right up the road from my house and guess what they have? Wasabi SEAWEED!!!
I plan to fast like usual and only eat Wasabi seaweed (it is like 10$ a pack) because it is so expensive my parent refuse to buy me enough for a week. Much like every new food I try and fall in love with, this is what I want and all I want and I refuse to eat anything except for this!
My sister says eating nothing but wasabi and spicy foods, as well as drinking lots of water and cayenne/lemon water will burn a LOT of fat.<3
Maltdextrin? I wouldn't eat that... 0 calories means "it can't be measured" in artificial sweeteners, not "it won't make you fat". ;-)

Uhm, it is not 0 calories? It is 30. Another thing, it is sold in an organic store, they would not sell anything with harsh chemicals that could negatively impact your body in any way...

I'm so sorry, but I have to dissappoint you, I know that the organic store acts like it's super healthy, but they need to make money too, they won't sell these things if they're not tasty.

I mean that pure artificial sweeteners contain 0 calories on themselves because you can't measure them in calories, they're chemically altered for that exact purpose.
The 30 calories comes from the other ingredients.
Don't feel discouraged in eating things like this, they're still way better than eating potatoe chips or something.
Just: it's only fair to know what you're eating, not that you eat plenty of wasahbi snacks and gain weight without knowing why, hating yourself.
