I've been gone

Finally got into the habit of fasting, not intentionally (obviously, because whenever I actually try to fast or get better at it I just start a binge cycle), and I am finally able to fast 25-27 hours at a time without trying.

I broke my fast at 26 hours earlier yesterday (it is 12:23 am right now) and then restarted, planning to go onto 2 full days this time...

I am currently 10 hours in and feel fine.

How is everyone else doing?

Do this workout 4x a week (you don't want to get muscular)

Make sure you stretch AFTER every complete workout this:
  • tones and slims muscles
  • prevents injury
  • helps release toxins built up in muscles

Try doing stretching yoga poses BEFORE every workout this:


  • loosens your muscles
