If your feeling sick/in pain post binge:
- Sit up straight, raise your arms up and stretch back (as you would do to stretch your abs) and take a deep breath in through your mouth, then as you relax let it out slowly
- Drink some cold water (slowly!), it helps you feel a bit better to pee
- Lay on your left side with a pillow beneath your mid section and relax
- If you have a thumper:

Then lay down on your back and use it on your stomach (move it around in downward movements) for 10-15 minutes. This helps with getting trapped air out which causes the bloating and pain. If you do not have a thumper, simply massage your stomach with your hands or set up a few pillows and lay on them with them under your stomach, the pressure will have the same effect.
Post Binge:
- Drink some ice cold water and take a few laxatives
- Do some cardio (running is best) 30-60 minutes post-binge to speed up digestion
- When you go to the bathroom / start to feel empty again: drink more water
Burn off as much as possible:
- Cardio is always best to aid in digestion and help laxatives do their job.
- Do the "100 Workout" 1-2 hours post binge , drink lots of water
Recovering:
- Water fast up to 12 hours post-binge to help prevent bloating (have a meal plan in place)
- If you didn't have a movement then take 1 or 2 more laxatives, workout again within the 12 hours
- Make sure you get AT LEAST 72 ounces of water in you to push everything out and prevent dehydration/constipation/bloating
- Your binge has NOT passed until your stomach feels empty/you start feeling hunger again or your stomach feels flat again / empty of air.
